I really appreciate how no-nonsense and balanced this teaching is about divine healing. A pleasure to read, with Tony's added bits of humor. It pulls together many scriptures to help explain that healing is available to every believer in Jesus Christ. It's not based on anything we do to earn it, nor can it be blocked by something we've done or our ancestors have done. Just believe and expect. Healing is provided the same as salvation. Once we get that into our hearts and truly believe it, we can then expect healing to come. The fact that Tony himself was healed from a major disease gives this book even more credence as Tony has lived it and cared enough to minister healing to others and help explain how he received his healing. It's a quick read, but packed with a lot of information that should help anyone who is seeking healing for themselves and for others.
This book was written for people like me. I have been prayed for by everyone under the sun and have read just about every book on healing. I just happen to have the same diagnosis as Tony did. I learned something very important from his book. Even though I know better, I had started to blame my thinking for the disease. Tony makes it very clear that the original sin is what has allowed disease to be prevalent, not my thinking or actions. His book has been a great encouragement to me and has motivated me to go back to the drawing board with my healing. This book will give you hope again. There's much more to the book that I can list, but I loved it and am reading it over and over! Thank you Tony for writing this book!

Tony Myers delves into the deep truths in relation to the biblical foundation for divine healing, why it is for everyone, why it's for NOW - not some day and why every believer can not only be healed, but heal others. The hard questions are asked and addressed in a way that anyone can understand with bible backing and some really intriguing testimonies from his personal life. Tony has taken a subject that Jesus always wanted to be simplistic, and removed the layer upon layer of dogma that has been attached to it for too long. This book will be one that you visit time and time again to drive out the traditions of men and keep yourself rooted and grounded in the true Word of God. If you had never though about "laying hands on the sick and seeing them recover", you will not only think about it; you'll want to LIVE that way!
This deserves a 10-star rating!! So glad to have found this book, or rather this book found me. THANK YOU Tony Myers for walking, and THANK YOU Jesus for healing. I do not know this author, but believe he has compiled a real treasure that will help many people receive their healing. It is rather ironic that a former atheist has more insight into the simplicity and power of Jesus than many Christians. I have just ordered add'l copies for gifts and will be keeping this one forever. Thank you Tony for saying it so simply. And thank you to a reveiwer (L. Suszek) who stated it was "beyond Hagin, Wommack, Curry Blake, etc." which lit a spark of curiosity that nagged at me until I ordered it - so thankful.
I absolutely loved the truth in this book! I bought this book in printed form for a friend and have told others about Tony’s story, and one friend went to YouTube to find him. I am listening to Tony reading his book on YouTube. This man was healed miraculously of ALS. READ THIS BOOK! And listen to his videos. If you’ve prayed for others and seen them get healed but find it difficult to receive healing for yourself, this book is for you.
I found this book to bring down a lot of Christian religious tradition concerning healing but written in love and not from a critical spirit whatsoever.I believe the simple approach is what Jesus Christ taught and intellectual religious tradition over the centuries has snarfed the power of the Holy Spirit from a lot of Christians with legalism taught.... that was never meant to be there.I also like Tony's style of writing and how he explains some of the extra scriptural excesses found even in Spirit filled church circles without criticism, but explains them in a very easy to understand way.It was very freeing to read this book as while I was not steeped in a lot of this religious tradition, there was some there.I am grateful for such a discerning book on the simplicity of receiving healing, the true will of God for all has been explained like I would think I would have encountered if I was a Christian living in the first century.
This book is mind blowing!! I highly recommend this book for anyone who has any illness or wants to know how to minister to sick. Tony is down to earth and written without a lot of flowery speach, but with a bit of humor thrown in.
